Returns & Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Promotional items must be returned if included in a refunded order

Return Timeframe

  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery

  • Return items within a further 10 days

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for processing


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it where possible.

If already dispatched, cancellation will be processed once the items are returned and inspected.
