To keep your jewellery looking its best:
-

-
Do not expose jewellery to extreme heat or moisture
-
Store pieces separately in a pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratching
-
Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove oils or residue
Repairs & Damaged Jewellery
I take great care in the quality of my jewellery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at rame.handcrafted@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at my discretion. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or neglect may not be eligible for replacement, but I promise to always be transparent in my decision.
Lost or Missing Parcels 📦
While I do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you safely, responsibility transfers to the courier once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can investigate with the courier.
If a parcel is marked as delivered using GPS or delivery confirmation, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If a courier confirms loss and compensation is received, I will offer a replacement, refund, or gift card
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
I ship from the UK. All international orders are subject to customs duties, VAT, and handling fees that may be charged by your local authorities before delivery.
These fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
If import charges are not paid, parcels may be returned or abandoned. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for paying your country’s import charges.
