Shipping & Customs Terms

Effective: 1 March 2026

These Shipping & Customs Terms form part of the agreement between Ramé (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Delivery & Free Shipping

UK (IOM):

• Tracked 48: Approximately 2 working days (plus processing)

• Free shipping on orders over £100 GBP

USA:

• International Tracked: Typically 14 working days (customs absolutely extends this, plan for 1 month)

• Free shipping on orders over $125 USD

EU & Rest of World:

• International Tracked: Typically 14 working days (customs may extend this)

• Free shipping on orders over £100 

International Shipping

All shipments outside the UK:

• You are responsible for import clearance, VAT, duties, and any handling fees charged by your country’s authorities. These charges are set locally, not by Ramé.

We may update these terms as needed to comply with changes in customs law, VAT rules, or shipping regulations.
